Similarly, we took strict measures agnst deceptive advertising strategies employed by certn companies attempting to lure customers with false clms about their expertise or the quality of their services. We emphasized the importance of genuine representation and truthful information for customer trust and business integrity.
In addition, price manipulation was a red flag in our inspections. We found cases where businesses were intentionally misguiding consumers through false discounts, hidden fees, or exaggerated costs that never materialized with the service delivery.
